You can register and purchase the festival pass that is suitable for you at our website or click here to start registration directly. You can choose to join the whole festival by selecting the full pass or join the festival partly by selecting various individual programme passes. Before completing registration, please read carefully our Terms and Conditions.

I am from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA), do I need to register and pay to join SWEAT?
Free festival pass will be offered to some of the HKAPA staff, students and alumni. Please click "More Info" at "Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts" to check if you belong to one of the categories. To proceed the registration, please select "Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts".

Do I need to register and pay to join SWEAT if I am from one of the partnering institutions/organizations?
Free festival pass will be offered to the partnering instuitions/organizations, please contact the SWEAT team that you have been in contact for the arrangement.

I have submitted WDA Global Summit open call proposals before, do I need to register again for SWEAT?
Yes. You still need to register at this link as you have to process the payment for your selected festival pass.

I am a WDA member and would like to join the AGM and network meeting only. Can I get access to the meeting without purchase a festival pass?
Yes. You can select the category "WDA AGM, Network Meetings & Executive Meeting only" at this link and complete your registration by entering your personal information. 

How can I pay online?
We are using PayPal as the payment gateway. The PayPal service fee will be borne by SWEAT.

Can I cancel my registration and refund my festival pass?
All passes are non-refundable. You may not sell or share your Festival passes. Registered participants may be substituted by other individuals at no extra cost by notice in writing to SWEAT at any time. 

Can I record or download the programmes?
No. All programmes are copyrighted, and recording or downloading of any sort is prohibited. After event access is allowed until 24 July 2022 23:59 HKT.

Can I play the programmes on my TV?
When an option of casting is available in your video player, it is possible to cast the programme to your TV via Chromecast or Apple TV. Casting to TVs is, however, subject to the restrictions of your device and/or operating system.

Can I connect with other attendees during SWEAT?
SWEAT is a virtual platform to meet and share. The attendees are from all over the world. We encourage attendees connecting with each other using our matchmaking and networking tools, to have instant chat and schedule one-on-one meetings.
